Shipping Terms

Orders typically take about 7 - 10 business days to process.  As soon as your order ships, you will receive a separate email notification. Aloha Golf Company will not be responsible for items shipped to the incorrect address.

AGC products come standard with a 30-day Exchange/Return Window from the date your order was received. If you need to return any items in your order we can happily help initiate the process that for you. A few important things to note:

  1. For Exchanges: AGC will cover the cost of the return and the exchange at no cost to the customer.

  2. For Returns: AGC will issue requested return labels on refunds, and the cost of the postage ($10 USD) will be reduced from the total refund amount. The total refunded amount will be clearly outlined once the refund has been issued.

  3. Upon receiving your returned item(s), please allow for 7-10 business days for our team to fully process your return and refund. You will receive an automated email response letting you know that your order has been refunded. AGC does not issue refunds on the cost of shipping. The refunded amount will be for the cost of the product as well as taxes. The shipping cost associated with the order, will not be refunded.

  4. The products must be returned in the same condition in which received which includes proper packaging. Products that are worn, washed, or tags removed will not be eligible for exchange or return. 

  5. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
